Head of Infrastructure Madrid (Hybrid 2 days a week on site) Permanent €80,000 - €90,000 p/a We are partnered with a world class IT Consultancy based in Spain and working with clients on a global scale offering MSP services. They are currently recruiting for a Head of Infrastructure who can come in simplify teams, use multiple technologies to improve efficiencies and help reshape the department quickly. You’ll be managing a integral Infrastructure department of circa 50 people across a hybrid on-prem first solution. This isn’t a role to just move everything into the cloud, You’ll come in and quickly gain an understanding of the infrastructure, the team, their ability and the issues. You’ll then put plans in place to upskill team members, improve technical knowledge, implement automation and help take the department to the next level.
