About The Role

Luminate Education Group are recruiting for a Head of Inclusive Learning (SEND).

The post holder will lead in the implementation of the SEN Code of Practice and in ensuring the college meets its legal and statutory requirements. They will lead the implantation of SEND Reforms within Luminate, ensuring the Group engages positively with reform, and is outward‑looking and collaborative in its approach.

As a leader of SEND across Luminate FE Colleges they will drive and embed practices that deliver an outstanding experience for SEND students, and by extension those with additional vulnerabilities or disadvantages, ensuring that all learners and apprentices have a quality learning experience with outcomes comparable to their peers.
