Head of Import (Trading - Exim, Overseas Shipment)

Job Description

- Manage the end-to-end import process, from purchase order placement and documentation preparation to customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse
- Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all import documents, including PI, PO, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, PIB, and other supporting documents
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers (PPJK), and government authorities to ensure smooth import operations
- Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance activities to ensure timely delivery and minimize operational disruptions
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and Commercial teams to support inventory availability and business requirements
