About the role

As Head of Implementation, you will lead and shape SD Worx’s implementation capability in Spain. You’ll drive efficiency, ensure high-quality delivery, and build a high-performing team that delivers complex HR and Payroll programs for domestic and international clients. This is a strategic and leadership-focused position where you will influence transformation, strengthen delivery frameworks, and ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
