- Build High-Performing Assortments: Create compelling assortment strategies that balance consumer demand, emerging trends, brand positioning, and financial performance to maximize sales and profitability.
- Drive Cross-Functional Category Leadership: Act as the central connector across Design, Buying, Technical Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on category objectives and priorities.
