Maxima Apparel, the parent company of Pro Standard, is hiring a Director of Performance Marketing based in Mexico City/Naucalpan to lead Meta/Google paid media for US DTC and growing international markets.

You will set the paid media strategy, own performance gates, and lead a team across geographies, including India, while partnering with creative and ecommerce teams to optimize assets and campaigns.
