Job Description
We are looking for a growth leader whose primary responsibility is scaling and optimising Musopias paid user acquisition across our portfolio of mobile apps. This role combines strategic ownership of acquisition with hands‑on technical growth execution, experimentation, data‑driven decision making and monetisation optimisation.
We are not looking for a traditional marketing leader. We are looking for someone who can build scalable growth systems, measurement capabilities and experimentation practices that enable sustainable growth across Musopias products.
You will own Musopias performance marketing strategy across channels such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and emerging acquisition platforms, ensuring that every marketing investment is measurable, incremental and delivers long‑term customer value.
