Role Summary
The primary role of the Head of Grower is to oversee daily cultivation and production and logistics operations to ensure consistent product quality and efficient workflow between farmers and the company. The role involves monitoring crop development, maintaining quality control standards, supporting inventory and operational planning, and ensuring proper coordination of cultivation and production activities. The Head of Grower is also responsible for handling operational procedures related to plant care, cleanliness, safety compliance, and workflow efficiency while maintaining a customer-focused approach to support continuous operational improvement.
