As Head of Global Portfolio Training, you will lead the worldwide training strategy for SITA’s Airport Operations, Passenger Processing, and Baggage portfolios. You drive a globally distributed team of Product Trainers and Instructional Designers to ensure value realization for internal and external users. You will scale learning through digital and AI-enabled approaches, translating complex products into impactful learning experiences. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to align training with business and customer outcomes.
