DEHN is seeking a Head of Global Engineering Services (m/f/d) to lead and unify our international engineering services organization. In this role, you will own both the commercial project management and the technical engineering delivery — bringing together teams across South Africa, India, and Germany into one cohesive, scalable organization, deeply embedded in our global Sales structure and oriented around customer success and hardware pull-through.

What we mean by Engineering Services:

Our engineering services are specialized technical services based primarily on calculations — including lightning and surge protection design, grounding studies, protection coordination, cathodic protection, pipeline interference, and EMC/EMI analysis — and in selected cases on‑site measurement campaigns. This is not a field service or maintenance role.
