Head of FP&A
The role involves owning the end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for the Group, actively leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance monitoring, cash flow analysis and capital adequacy processes. The role will drive financial modelling, scenario analysis and management reporting, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making, improve profitability and optimise cash generation, whilst also driving the standardisation of reporting processes, automation and the simplification of procedures across the organisation.
