Head of Financial Lines CEMENA

Role Purpose

The Head of Financial Lines, CEMENA is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the Financial Lines underwriting strategy across the Continental Europe, Middle East and North Africa. The role holder will lead a team of regional Financial Lines team, own the regional P&L, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across the full spectrum of Financial Lines products — including Directors &/O (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), Management Liability, Crime, and related Specialty Lines. This is a high-impact role that combines technical underwriting depth with strategic leadership and strong market-facing presence.

This role directly reports to Chief Underwriting Officer CEMENA.
