Country Head of Finance (m/w/d) – Switzerland
Our client, a fast‑growing European organisation in the animal health sector, is hiring a Country Head of Finance to lead the Swiss finance function and support clinics across a multi‑site network. The role combines financial leadership with strong business partnering and plays a key part in a Group‑wide finance transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead statutory reporting, audits and local financial governance
- Act as a trusted business partner to clinic managers and the Country CEO
- Clarify P&L drivers, KPIs and operational insights for clinic teams
- Support sustainable clinic performance and operational decision‑making
- Drive financial onboarding and integration of newly acquired clinics
- Collaborate with Group Finance on centralising accounting, controlling, systems and processes
- Build and develop a small, effective finance team
