Head of Finance role in the FI sector

Our client is a growing firm in the FI industry. This is a hands‑on Head of Finance role managing a lean team and reporting to the global head of finance(based in global HQ) and the Regional CEO (based in Singapore)

• Min 18+ years of finance experience, some of which is gained in the FI sector. Has experience dealing with MAS regulations/report requirements

• Strong finance all‑rounder with relevant treasury (covering multi‑currency issues) and tax (covering corporatetax, transfer pricing) experience
• Hands‑on experience doing finance transformation work is required

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for supporting and overseeing financial accounting, reporting including consolidation of the group and liquidity management.
• Prepare/present Management reports and presentation deck to Management, Audit Com and Board.
