The opportunity
This is a pivotal finance leadership role at the centre of a sophisticated, capital-intensive business, where financial insight directly informs shareholder decisions, capital strategy and long-term performance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Finance leads a lean, high-performing finance function and is accountable for financial reporting, corporate modelling and treasury oversight.
A central component of the role is ownership and ongoing development of the corporate financial model, which underpins valuations, capital management decisions and long-term planning. You will support treasury activity across a complex capital structure, including a significant debt and hedging portfolio, and play a key role in refinancing and capital management initiatives.
