Head of Finance 6 Months Neuchâtel

Our client is a medium-sized organization operating within the ENERGY manufacturing sector.

Senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the financial strategy to support performance, growth, and compliance.
Oversee all finance activities including controlling, accounting, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX), reporting, internal controls, and compliance with Swiss and international standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Act as a key business partner: monitor performance, drive cost optimisation, present results, manage stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making.
Manage and develop the finance team, ensure efficient processes, and represent the organisation externally.
