Drive overall commercial growth by closing and negotiating high-value events e.g. park privatizations, gala dinners, meetings, conferences and by developing new event packages aligned to market demand and pricing while setting standards for CRM discipline, guest experience and cross-park sales governance. High‑value event focus package development is supported. Broader leadership framing is suggested. Personally lead close large‑scale high‑revenue opportunities such as park privatizations and gala dinners, drive negotiation strategy and commercial approvals.
