Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership to the Technical/Engineering Department, establishing technical standards and direction.
- Serve as the company’s principal authority on electrical engineering matters.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of utility-scale and solar PV projects (Large-Scale Solar, Rooftop, Floating), from design through commissioning.
- Manage EPCC contractors to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and construction methodologies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with standards.
- Liaise with utilities and regulatory authorities on licensing, grid connection, inspections, and approvals.
- Support feasibility studies, tender submissions (e.g., Large-Scale Solar), and renewable energy expansion initiatives.
