Overview

You will serve as Head of Electrical & Fluid Technologies and lead a key skill pool in RHI Magnesita Switzerland’s reshaped organization. Your team provides essential competencies in electrical engineering, hardware planning, and hydraulic systems & fluid technology for slide gate product platforms, machinery, and customer‑specific solutions. The role combines technical leadership, people development, and transformation ownership to ensure that the capabilities in electrical design, hardware engineering, CAD‑based documentation, hydraulic aggregates, control elements, and actuator systems are available, standardized, and continuously developed.
