Absolutely no portfolio management - You will be overseeing the entire rent roll & team

Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed

Oversee and implement strategies & procedures

Ensure KPI’s are met across the entire team

Strategic and operational planning, facilitate weekly meetings
