The Head of Corporate Affairs & Strategic Communications is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and safeguarding the bank's reputation across all external and internal stakeholders.

The role leads the corporate communications function, with end-to-end accountability for the bank’s communication strategy, media relations, corporate narrative development, leadership positioning, and crisis communications. It ensures clear, consistent, and effective communication across all platforms.
