Overview
The Regional Head of Compliance Solutions MENA region will be responsible for leading, expanding and managing the compliance and regulatory services portfolio across Middle East and North Africa markets. This role oversees strategy, product development, commercial growth, regulatory engagement and operational excellence to ensure the Apex Group delivers trusted, scalable and market-leading compliance solutions. The position requires a strong regulatory background, deep understanding of compliance frameworks (AML, CFT, KYC, CRS, FATCA, ESG, corporate governance) and proven leadership in managing regional teams and cross-border client engagements.
