Head of Compliance & MLRO – UAE AML/CTF Leader

BTSE is seeking a Head of Compliance / Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for its Dubai operations. This senior role encompasses overseeing compliance with VARA and UAE Federal laws, ensuring integrity and regulatory adherence across activities.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in compliance within the fintech sector and is an expert in UAE regulations. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
