Head of Compliance & MLRO – DIFC Banking Leader

ERC International Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a Head of Compliance for a leading international banking institution in DIFC, UAE. You will serve as Compliance Officer & MLRO, guiding the compliance function and AML/CTF strategy.

Required 5+ years in seniorCompliance/MLRO within banking, with strong governance, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management. DFSA/DIFC regulations and UAE banking compliance experience are essential.
