Job Summary
The Head of Compliance & Governance supports the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring the organization complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards. This role oversees compliance programs, manages regulatory risks, provides guidance to business leaders, and helps promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing compliance programs, including AML, anti-bribery, fraud, privacy, business conduct, and regulatory compliance
