Head of Coffee Ops — Multi-Branch Barista Leader

AMIRI Human Resources is seeking a Cluster Head Barista for a leading UAE coffeeshop chain based in Dubai. You will lead the barista team across 7 branches in Dubai and 1 in Abu Dhabi, ensuring exceptional drink quality and customer service.

This full-time position requires at least 3 years as Head Barista, strong leadership, and the ability to develop menus and calibrate coffee equipment. English fluency is essential; Russian is a plus. A UAE driving license is required.
