Overview

Following significant expansion and investment in new technology, the client is seeking a Head of Client Services to lead the team of account managers. The successful candidate should have a client services background, preferably within a print‑related sector.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of the client services team and key clients.
• Ensure the welfare of team members and support training and development.
• Maintain time‑keeping, organise holidays and coordinate the department schedule.
• Attend key client review meetings and oversee client governance.
• Communicate with the team to manage client expectations.
