Head of Claims Partnerships & Supplier Ecosystem

Ando Insurance Group Limited is seeking a dynamic Head of Supplier Partnerships & Claims Services to lead our claims services ecosystem. You will shape supplier strategy, govern performance, and drive partnerships that deliver exceptional customer and broker outcomes.

Leading a team of 4 direct reports and roughly 30 indirect reports, you will steer procurement, supplier management and outsourcing efforts while negotiating contracts and identifying opportunities for sustainable commercial value.
