Head of Cider Production & Fermentation

ALDE AS seeks a hands-on Head of Cider Production to lead the full cider production process from fruit intake to finished product. You will supervise fermentation, cellar operations, blending, and packaging preparation while coordinating with farm, logistics, and management to optimize volumes and schedules.

Responsibilities include monitoring fermentations, maintaining records, ensuring hygiene, safety, and product quality.
