Job Description
Customer Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
- Lead customer due diligence reviews for HNW policies, including Bermuda-based policies
- Conduct customer risk assessments and determine the appropriate level of due diligence required
- Review source of wealth, source of funds, beneficial ownership, and ownership structures
- Perform sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and jurisdictional risk screening
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) activities where required
- Serve as the first escalation point for high‑risk and complex cases
- Assess trusts, family offices, premium financing arrangements, and offshore structures
- Identify and elevate indicators of potential money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions concerns
