Role Overview

WFS is launching bulk nano financing and a collection services (aggregator) business. This role ensures cash is collected, monetized, and deployed effectively, creating sustainable revenue and driving profitability. This is a Business + Execution role which includes revenue and P&L accountability)

Core Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cash realization for bulk nano financing (corporate employees at preferential rates) and employee banking products
• Manage collection services / aggregator business for Schools and Corporate Institutions
• Build and maintain corporate & merchant relationships to scale cash flow
• Monitor portfolio performance, defaults, and recoveries
• Collaborate with Ops, Tech, and Finance to design scalable processes & dashboards
• Own P&L impact of cash flows
