Head of Business Management

This position is responsible for leading the Business Management Team and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and profitability across HMGICS. The role oversees sales and production support functions, ensuring effective business operations, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Manage Order-to-Delivery (OTD) operations for all models produced by HMGICS.
• Manage agency agreements with Hyundai and Kia, and provide customer support, including warranty-related aftersales services, customer data management, and Voice of Customer (VOC) handling.
