Role Overview

As the Business & Growth Head, you will own the P&L; and end-to-end growth engine at

Fraganote—spanning revenue, margins, customer acquisition, and retention across D2C,

marketplaces, quick-commerce, and offline channels. This is a founder’s office-level leadership role requiring a blend of strategy and execution.


P&L; Ownership & Growth Strategy

• Own revenue, contribution margins, and growth targets

• Build multi-channel growth roadmap

• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning

• Optimize LTV/CAC and payback periods


Performance Marketing & Acquisition

• Scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google

• Optimize CAC, ROAS, and blended costs
