About International Cancer Specialists (ICS)

International Cancer Specialists is a Singapore-based private oncology practice delivering clinically-led cancer care to patients from across the region. We combine senior specialist expertise with a deeply patient-centred operating model; every patient is treated as if they were our own family. We are a small, tightly-held team with strong consultant leadership and an active regional referral footprint, including operations supporting overseas patients.

The role

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead the growth of medical patient referrals into ICS. This is the commercial engine of the practice: building, nurturing and converting referrer relationships: public and private oncologists, GPs, specialist clinics, insurance partners and overseas channels into a sustained pipeline of patients who choose ICS for their cancer care.
