About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to drive new revenue opportunities and deepen the pipeline while leading and developing a small, remote team of junior Business Development Executives. This is a hands‑on manager role. You’ll own pipeline generation, shape our outbound and partnership strategy, close priority deals, and coach a junior team to consistently perform in a remote‑first environment. If you enjoy building structure, rolling up your sleeves, and turning fintech complexity into commercial wins, this role is for you.
