We are expanding into Salary Backed Products — a high‑growth credit segment where loan repayments are automatically deducted from employees' payroll, drastically reducing credit risk and unlocking access for underserved borrowers. We are looking for a seasoned Head of Business Development to lead our go‑to‑market, build employer and partner pipelines, and scale this vertical across Mexico.
