Head of Business Development

The Head of Business development will be responsible for the planning, organization and managing of the P&L of the business, including building up the required management system, achieving quality, productivity, cost and profit goals of existing operation and developing external stakeholder relationship, and managing expansion plan. The head of business development is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the regional commercial organization.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, problem-solving, solution-minded and resilient person with demonstrated experience in successfully building and facilitating partnerships across multiple functional groups.
