Job Description
Adeptus Talent is recruiting for a Head of Avionics Engineering on behalf of a Wiltshire-based client operating within the Aerospace & Defence sector.
The Head of Avionics Engineering leads the avionics and electrical engineering function, directing a high-performing team through the full product lifecycle from concept and TRL maturation to production handover. The role is accountable for technical delivery, resource management, process improvement, regulatory compliance, budgeting, scheduling, configuration management, and the documentation of electrical and avionics systems.
- Degree, HND or HNC in an Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent product design and prototyping teams.
- Experience working in rapid development and fail-fast environments.
