Head of Automotive Seating Operations & Lean Excellence

EP Manufacturing Berhad is seeking a General Manager for their Automotive Seating Operations in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The role requires a seasoned professional to lead full operational performance across production, engineering, and quality, ensuring excellence in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and People Development.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of automotive manufacturing experience and at least 8 years in a senior leadership position. Strong expertise in seat manufacturing processes and Lean principles is essential.
