Head of Applications (CRM & eCommerce)

A leading retail/FMCG organisation with a strong regional footprint is hiring a Head of Applications (CRM & eCommerce) in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise applications across multiple markets, with a focus on customer platforms and digital commerce. You will lead a sizeable team in a complex, fast-paced environment, driving platform strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Own the end-to-end applications landscape covering CRM and eCommerce platforms, with accountability for strategy, delivery, and operations across the region.
