• Shape the enterprise software roadmap and lead high-impact automation, ERP, or specialized application engineering projects.
• Oversee mid-to-large cross-functional in-house engineering and support teams, while managing third-party system integrators and software partners.
• Manage department budgets, timelines, and software SLAs, while ensuring development pipelines and security practices meet institutional and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a high-visibility bridge to justify technical strategies and negotiate SLAs directly with executive leadership and the board.
