Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an AI Content Lead to build and lead our production engine from zero. You will own the full creative pipeline: turning agentic AI systems into consistent, high-retention content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize a production workflow (script → visual generation → consistency → audio/dubbing with Dubme Flow → Distribution).
- Produce and iterate on 5–10 high-quality microdramas per month in the first phase.
- Lead experimentation with current video models (Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, etc.), prompting, ControlNet, and character consistency tools.
- Analyze performance (views, retention, completion rate) and rapidly improve output.
- Define the creative bible and visual style for our proprietary storytelling universe.
- Work closely with our engineering team to integrate and scale the pipeline.
