Head Nurse – Functional Capacity Supporting Services

The head nurse is responsible for the daily operations and development of rehabilitation services in the unit, specializing in functional capacity supporting services in the Kaarina and Paimio areas.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, and a practical nurse. Services include medical rehabilitation therapy and assistive device services. Your workstations are located at the Kaarina health center, Valkeavuori campus, and Paimio health center.

In your role, you will plan and organize resources, direct activities, and ensure the quality, ethics, and safety of services for clients and patients. You will support staff, promote well-being at work, and ensure professional development. You will collaborate closely with various professional groups both within and outside the organization.
