Job Overview

As an Experienced Head Nurse you will lead and coordinate a team of 8‑15 nursing staff ensuring high standards of patient care and clinic operations. Oversee daily clinical activities, delegate assignments and provide mentorship to nursing staff. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Act as a key liaison among multidisciplinary teams supporting seamless patient journeys. Uphold infection control, medication safety and confidentiality protocols. Drive continuous improvement, staff development and implementation of best practices.
