Head Mixologist (Cabo San Lucas)

Responsible for the overall leadership, development, execution and continuous improvement of the hotel’s cocktail and bar beverage program, focusing on the unique concept of Sora. The role ensures that all bar experiences consistently meet the hotel’s luxury service standards while supporting financial objectives, brand identity and guest satisfaction.

• Lead the hotel’s cocktail and bar program, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Develop and maintain menus, recipes, presentation standards, and service rituals.
• Oversee bar execution with Bar Managers, ensuring operational excellence and luxury service standards.
• Manage beverage cost, inventory, waste, and menu profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop bar teams; lead ongoing technical and service training.
• Deliver elevated guest experiences and represent the beverage program for VIPs, events, and activations.
