**We are looking for Maintenance Engineer
- Technical Spare Parts Lead**

Review and refine existing spare parts and inventory management procedures with focus on maintenance/reliability elements.
Develop and formalise a Critical Spare Parts & Inventory Optimisation Framework aligned with industry standards and best practice.
Define and implement criteria for critical spare parts identification and tagging in CMMS.
Establish and maintain robust processes for min/max stock levels and reorder points, based on data-driven analysis.
Use historical consumption, lead times, and equipment failure data to guide recommendations.
Implement the framework across existing FLNG units, ensuring consistency and operational usability.
Integrate the framework into newbuild/conversion project standards to secure operational readiness during design and commissioning.
