Head Coach - Sea Sprites Artistic Swimming

The Calgary Winter Club is seeking a

Head Coach

for our

Sea Sprites Artistic Swimming Program.

This is a

full‑time position

requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and for domestic and international travel.

The

Sea Sprites (SS) Artistic Swimming Program

is a developmental and provincially focused pathway supporting skill progression, enjoyment of the sport, and balanced participation. Athletes have opportunities to advance to national‑level competition if desired.

Reporting to the

Head of Aquatics , this role leads athlete development, coaching staff, and program administration while ensuring alignment with

Canadian Artistic Swimming (CAS) ,

Alberta Artistic Swimming (AAS) , and

Calgary Winter Club

policies and values. The salary range for this position $60K-$70K per annum.
