Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef to run a 55 cover restaurant in our client's recently renovated Golf Club. The club will also run events and buffets as well as a small 'fresh food' a la carte menu which will be seasonal and reflect modern cookery trends.
The set up will be relaxed dining experience and therefore menus will be small but innovative. You must be passionate about creating fresh, simple, yet exceptional food from breakfast through to dinner.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for all kitchen operations
- Highest hygiene standards and a sound understanding of EHO standards, health and safety and food safety standards to ensure compliance at all times
- Ordering and managing stock
- Understanding stock control and management
