HEAD CHEF – MOZAMBIQUE

Salary: R55,000 – R60,000 per month + Accommodation

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a busy, high-volume restaurant in Mozambique.

We are seeking a dynamic culinary professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing large kitchen operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef in a large, high-volume restaurant
• Strong kitchen management and leadership experience
• Excellent menu planning, food costing, and stock control skills
• Proven ability to manage and develop kitchen teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Must be willing to relocate to Mozambique
• Ideal age range: 30 – 35 years
