About the Role

This is a hands‑on Senior leadership position where no two days look the same. You’ll oversee the full culinary operation, from menu design to event execution, ensuring every service reflects quality, consistency, and care.

You’ll be working an average of 40 to 45 hours per week . Can be rostered across 7 days, depending on business needs. Due to the nature of the business, hours may fluctuate up or down at times — plenty of notice is generally provided through a roster system that you will help manage.
